Role description
Reporting to the Vice President, Port Infrastructures, the incumbent's role will be to participate in the development and implementation of the asset management program, in order to ensure its sustainability. He will be responsible for collecting and analyzing the results of various surveys and inputs in order to identify the main trends and actions to be undertaken for the port's various assets (quays, roads and medians, buildings, various structures, electrical systems, rail, rainwater / water systems). He will also participate in the development and maintenance of the asset management plan, and ensure that asset information is kept up to date. The Asset Manager will be responsible for developing strategies to optimize asset management and follow-up, while maximizing infrastructure investments. He / she will work closely with the Planning Manager.
Responsabilites
Ensuring the updating of asset information in the Guide TI database (asset management software) and other platforms (GIS, port asset master plan, etc.). Centralizing asset information and act as information custodian.
