Your role :
Support wealth management advisors in improving their practices to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Design and deliver tailored coaching programs focused on client management, practice management, and business development.
Inspire and influence professionals through dynamic training sessions, workshops, and presentations.
Identify personalized strategies to address the unique realities of advisors.
Participate in the development and tracking of performance indicators related to coaching and training.
Stay abreast of best business practices and incorporate them into development initiatives.

Prerequisites :
Hold a bachelor’s degree and have 7-10 years of experience in wealth management.
Have completed the CSC or an equivalent recognized course.
Understand the day-to-day challenges of wealth management advisors.
Be available to travel across Canada.
Demonstrate business coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and influence professionals.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable delivering group presentations.
Ability to build trust-based relationships.
Analytical mindset to assess and adapt coaching strategies.
Skill in communicating clearly and inspirationally.
