We are looking for a Director of Project Management to join our project Management team in Montreal and who will share our Company values.

What You’ll Be Contributing :

  • Develop and manage the PMO framework, ensuring consistency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices across the organization;
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that project initiatives align with business objectives and support overall company strategy;
  • Oversee the portfolio of projects, ensuring proper prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management;
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and business analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of expectations;
  • Establish KPIs to measure project success and regularly report progress to leadership, identifying areas for improvement;
  • Manage the PMO budget and oversee project budgets, ensuring financial discipline and value delivery;
  • Drive organizational change initiatives by ensuring projects account for and address business impacts, adoption, and sustainability;
  • Ensure all projects adhere to internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • What Sets You Apart :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is an asset;
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale, complex projects;
  • Proven track record of implementing and managing PMOs in dynamic, multi-business unit organizations;
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA);
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and build strong relationships across business units;
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution;
  • Experience managing cross-border projects or teams in Canada and the U.S. is an asset;
