  • Résumé du poste

    Trane     embauche un associé aux ventes à la clientèle pour notre magasin de pièces et d'accessoires résidentiels à St-Hubert ! En tant qu'associé aux ventes à la clientèle, vous serez un conseiller de confiance pour les clients qui visitent nos magasins Trane Supply en résolvant les problèmes de pièces ou d'équipements, en fournissant des offres de pièces et des solutions de qualité, en traitant les commandes des clients et en répondant à leurs demandes.

    Responsabilités

    S'engage à la fois avec les clients au comptoir et les clients par téléphone pour identifier pleinement les besoins, répondre aux demandes de renseignement ou aux questions et offrir des solutions de qualité en temps opportun à leurs besoins en pièces et fournitures CVC.

  • Maintient ses connaissances actuelles sur les produits, offres et promotions Trane afin de s'associer avec les clients et d'augmenter les ventes en identifiant les produits associés ou en ajoutant des besoins d'extensions; présenter aux clients en personne et au téléphone.
  • Exécute les processus de gestion des devis et des commandes avec un haut niveau de précision pour accélérer le processus d'exécution et assurer la satisfaction du client avec une livraison en temps opportun
  • Aide au travail de gestion des entrepôts et des stocks au besoin - comptage des cycles, commandes en souffrance, réception de bons de commande, transferts, expédition et réception, stockage en magasin, contrôle des stocks et emplacement des bacs. Utilisation occasionnelle d’un chariot élévateur et soulevez jusqu'à 50 lb.

  • Qualifications

    Diplôme d'études secondaires requis et diplôme en Mécanique du Bâtiment un atout.

  • Expérience dans un environnement dynamique axé sur le client avec un accent sur le service à la clientèle, l'amélioration continue et la sécurité.
  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en vente interne, en vente au détail ou dans un domaine connexe; Les ventes / connaissances HVAC et une aptitude mécanique sont un atout.
  • Expérience avérée dans l'établissement de relations avec la clientèle et le maintien d'un service à la clientèle professionnel, même dans des situations difficiles.

  • Where is the work :

    This position has been  designated as On-Site.

    What you will do :

  • Provide support to customers and find the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Partners with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add on extensions.
  • Process customer orders and respond to inquiries, questions or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and future sales.
  • Keep current on knowledge of Trane Products, offerings, and promotions in order to provide a premier customer experience and drive sales.
  • Interact with customers both on the phone and in person.
  • Executes quote and order management processes with high level of accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery – entering quotes and invoices and follow through on fulfillment.
  • Assists with warehouse / inventory management work as needed.
  • Flexibility to work overtime / weekends, as required .
  • What you will bring :

  • GED or High School Diploma required .
  • Inside sales, retail, or related experience preferred .
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer focused environment with a focus on customer service, continuous improvement, and safety.
  • Proven experience in building customer relationships and maintaining professional customer service even in challenging situations.
  • Compensation :

    Compensation – update this entire section  based on role, location, commissions, etc.

    Total Target Cash represents a mix of fixed base salary plus payment from sales commissions .  Sales commissions plans are uncapped plans .
