Job Description

Call Centre Representative

Opportunity : Join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your contributions are valued. This role offers a blend of onsite and remote work, allowing flexibility after the initial training period.

Position : Call Centre Representative

Location : Onsite for the first 3 months of training, then hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Schedule : 8-hour shifts between 6am 6pm

Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.
  • Uphold company standards and policies.

Requirements :

  • Previous call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Friendly, bubbly personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule within the hours of 6am 6pm.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (MTL candidates).

  • Fournir un service client exceptionnel par téléphone, email et chat.
  • Aider les clients avec leurs demandes, commandes et informations sur les produits.
  • Maintenir des dossiers précis des interactions avec les clients.
  • Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe pour résoudre des problèmes complexes.
  • Respecter les normes et politiques de l'entreprise.

Exigences :

  • Une expérience préalable en centre d'appels est préférée mais pas obligatoire.
  • Personnalité amicale et pétillante avec d'excellentes compétences en communication.
  • Capacité à travailler un horaire flexible entre 6h et 18h.
  • Maîtrise bilingue en anglais et en français (candidats MTL).
