Position Summary :

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team on a contract basis from May through December as a Health and Wellness Brand Assistant. This role is ideal for someone passionate about health and wellness, eager to learn, and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll support various aspects of our business, including marketing, product development, customer engagement, and operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Marketing Support :

Assist in creating content for social media, email campaigns, and blogs.

  • Help plan and execute marketing initiatives, including promotional events.
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with our community.
  • Product Development Assistance :

    • Support research on industry trends and competitor products.

  • Collaborate on packaging, labeling, and product design tasks.
  • Customer Engagement :

    • Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media with professionalism and care.

  • Gather customer feedback to improve our products and services.
  • Operational Tasks :

    • Organize and manage inventory for product samples and marketing materials.

  • Support order fulfillment and logistics when needed.
  • Team Collaboration :

    • Work closely with the team on various projects and contribute ideas to help shape the brand’s future.

    Qualifications :

  • Must be a recent graduate from a post-secondary program, preferably in marketing, business, health sciences, or a related field.
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and sustainable living.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and / or Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, or basic design tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptable and willing to take on diverse tasks in a startup environment.
  • Must be a resident of Canada (citizen, PR or refugee).

    • Compensation :

  • 22-24 per hour.
