UW Mississauga is looking for an Event Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. We specialize in the development of advertising and promotional marketing campaigns for our diverse client base. Our Mississauga based office is committed to helping our clients to build their brands’ equity. We do this through creating and executing promotional advertising events that create buzz and increase profitability among our clients’ target demographic. As an Event Marketing Assistant your main responsibility will be to assist the Advertising Account Manager and promotional sales team in the creation, implementation and execution of direct marketing & promotional strategies for advertising campaigns across the Mississauga area designed to fit specific clients' needs. As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will : Listen, understand, and take quick action. Like all of us, customers just want someone to listen and help get their problems solved. You'll do both. Assist customers in selecting the products and services that best suit their technology and communications goals and help to set up the account. Process upgrades, downgrades, new product purchases, and facilitate delivery and installation efficiently and effectively. Maintain excellent time management, professional customer service at all times, and be able to balance multiple projects and responsibilities.
