Job description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling content that effectively communicates our brand message, as well as that of our manufacturer partners, to engage our target audience. You will play a key role in executing digital marketing strategies, optimizing online presence, and driving measurable results through SEO, paid advertising, analytics, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities :

SEO & Website Optimization :

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page / off-page optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Analytics & Performance Tracking :

  • Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, and other reporting tools to track campaign performance and user behavior.
  • Generate KPI reports to measure success and drive data-informed marketing strategies.
  • Leverage insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Paid Advertising & Campaign Management :

  • Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid digital marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize ad spend through A / B testing, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad content and landing pages.
  • Inbound & Outbound Marketing Strategies :

  • Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies, including email marketing, content creation, and lead nurturing.
  • Manage outbound campaigns such as display advertising and direct response marketing.
  • Collaboration & Innovation :

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and sales teams, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Support additional marketing initiatives as required.
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid promotions.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proven ability to manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of KPI reporting, ROI analysis, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience with inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in graphic creation tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are a plus.
