We are seeking a dynamic and execution-focused Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts and drive growth by leveraging AI, gig workers, and cutting-edge marketing strategies.
Position Summary :
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the full cycle of digital marketing to expand our database of golf courses, private clubs, small resorts, and golfers. This role demands hands-on expertise in campaign execution, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at delivering measurable results, and has a track record of successfully managing multi-channel marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Marketing Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels to generate leads, increase engagement, and drive cross-selling opportunities.
- Leverage your own skills, existing team resources, AI tools and gig workers to optimize campaign efficiency and reduce costs.
- Build and expand a comprehensive database of golf courses, private clubs, resorts, and golfers and increase engagement.
2. Content and Social Media
Create and manage compelling content for our website, email campaigns, blogs, social media, and on-site promotions.Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.Oversee the creation of graphics, videos, and other media assets across a number of businesses.3. Retargeting and Paid Advertising
Implement and manage retargeting campaigns to maximize ROI and customer retention.Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.4. Email Campaign Management
Design and execute email marketing strategies, including drip campaigns and segmented outreach.Monitor email performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for higher engagement.5. Analytics and Optimization
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities.Use data insights to refine strategies, improve targeting, and increase conversion rates.Provide regular performance reports to leadership.6. Team and Vendor Coordination
Manage relationships with gig workers, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables on time and within budget.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technology, and management services, to align marketing efforts with business goals.7. Trade Shows
Effectively support and execute the company's attendance of industry tradeshows.8. Digital & Print
Effectively support and execute the company's attendance of industry tradeshows.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5+ years of hands-on experience in executing digital marketing campaigns.Proven expertise in email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and retargeting.Strong knowledge of AI tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, AdRoll, or similar).Experience working with gig workers and managing freelance contracts.Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI).Exceptional communication and organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the golf, private club, or resort industry.Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce or Zoho.Familiarity with database management and lead generation strategies.
