Your responsibilities : - Review and obtain managerial approval of purchase invoices

Manage the complete accounts payable cycle
Generate various reports for the accounting department
Process expense accounts and credit cards
Month-end entries (reconciliations, amortizations)
Daily banking transactions and monthly reconciliation
Any other related tasks.

Your profile

Good knowledge of Dynamics Great Plain an asset

Bilingual in French and English (necessary to deal with English-speaking suppliers)

Autonomous and team player

Communication and confidentiality

Excel intermediate , Word
