Client Overview : We are hiring for a dynamic technology companyspecializing in ISD Americas.

Role Summary : As a Business Manager you will be responsible formanaging the processes and rhythm of business forecastingfinancials coordinating reporting on strategic initiatives andproviding information for portfolio health reviews.

Your role isessential in ensuring delivery leaders have the necessaryinformation to make informeddecisions.

4.What are the keyresponsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties :

Manage processes and rhythm of business for ISDAmericas.

Forecast financials andmanage leakage.

Coordinatereporting on strategicinitiatives.

Provide informationfor portfolio health reviews monthly business reviews and midmonthoperational reviews.

Ensuredelivery leaders have the necessary information fordecisionmaking.

Contribute toprocess improvement automation and insights fromdata.

5.What experience are we looking for to drivesuccess

MUSTHave Skills andQualifications :

2 to 5 years ofexperience in a business managementrole.

Financial acumen andfamiliarity with managingfinancials.

Fluent in Spanish tosupport the LATAM business.

Experience working across multiplecountries.

Familiarity withMicrosoft Dynamics.

Proficiencyin Excel and PowerPoint.

Attention to detail.

Someexperience with Power BI.

Generalunderstanding of consulting projects and billablehours.

Preferred Skills andQualifications :

Experience as abusiness manager in a consultingbusiness.

Degree in accounting orfinancial analystbackground.
