Hourly Rate : 38.46 / h + Benefits
JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a leading HCM / Payroll company for a full-time job that starts off as a contract through Insight.
The ideal candidate would be joining the service delivery team and working with small, medium, and national-size accounts which provide end-to-end payroll solutions for these companies.
They should have experience managing or running end-to-end, complex payrolls that cover different provinces and unions across Canada.
They should have their PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) and have worked in problem-solving or complex process improvement within payroll.
Applicants must have valid Canadian work authorization and currently reside in Canada.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of Canadian payroll experience minimum
- PCP certification
- End-end payroll management of complex, and cross-provincial payrolls, including year-end payroll
- Can demonstrate the ability to resolve complex problems
- Bilingual French (fluent)
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- CPM / PLP certification
- Unionized payroll
