Stellar is searching for a Microsoft 365 Support Specialist to join our innovative clients’ IT team! In this role, as the successful applicant, you will report to the Microsoft 365 Support Team Lead and will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service and technical support for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 Apps.

Responsibilities :
- Provide multi-tiered support to clients as well as resolve issues for and related to SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 Apps, OneDrive, and Teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint permissions and content sharing issues
- Guide clients in creating and maintaining SharePoint sites and Teams
- Configure SharePoint environments and sites securely
- Maintain project and client documentation
- Support clients with Microsoft Lists, Teams, Forms, Planner, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365 Apps
Qualifications :
- 2+ years’ experience working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 Apps
- Preferred certifications : Microsoft 365 and Office
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint settings and permissions
- Experience in content migration to SharePoint Online preferred
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining Power Automate flows is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player willing to assist colleagues in a fast-moving environment
- An avid learner always looking to enhance skills and knowledge
Pay Rate : $60-$80K / year
