THE MISSION Join our dynamic Montreal team as a Media Buyer in the market research industry. Your mission will be to support our Social Media Supply team in managing paid campaigns to acquire survey respondents for our end clients.
Reporting to our Media Buying & Creative Manager, you will collaborate on executing paid B2B and B2C campaigns targeting various sectors, including automotive, food & beverage, public sector, consumer goods, and more! Your role will involve developing and optimizing social media campaigns to source high-quality respondents for market research studies.
You’ll work with hyper-niche audiences, honing your skills to become an expert in media buying within specialized markets.
A few stats : Over Countries targeted in over 30 languages Our fastest campaign ever took 10 hours. Can you beat that? We reach over 50, respondents every month A wide variety of topics including travel and tourism, luxury perfume brands, festivals, real estate, alcohol and cycling to name a few.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Your team : You will collaborate with a diverse team of strategists, graphic designers, and media buyers, each bringing unique skills, experiences, and expertise to the table. YOUR DAY TO DAY :
- Develop and implement paid media strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Snapchat to target survey respondents worldwide.
- Take full ownership of paid campaigns, staying informed on their progress and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Actively manage campaign budgets and margins to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign success and key learnings to continuously optimize results.
- Lead and participate in initiatives aimed at the department’s growth and undertake side projects that contribute to overall success.
- Engage in new initiatives and experimental tests to expand your social media expertise and stay ahead in the industry.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 3-5 years in paid media management, preferably within an agency setting.
- Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager. Familiarity with additional platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, native advertising, and programmatic advertising is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage resources effectively, including handling large budgets.
- Proficient in A / B testing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapid changes.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently.
- Strong analytical abilities for performance analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Experience in B2B digital marketing and market research is a significant advantage.
