We would love to meet :
- Strong bilingualism spoken to communicate with clients outside of Quebec region
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service roles, specializing in internal contract management calls
- Demonstrate proficiency in contract management, including setting up various contracts
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in interdepartmental communication Key Responsibilities :
- Draft and review contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Serve as a liaison between sales and finance teams regarding payment processes and issues
- Collaborate with various departments and clients to ensure effective communication and implementation of plans
- Support the creation and management of contracts
- Provide prompt responses to inquiries from teams and clients
- Ensure adherence to Canadian healthcare guidelines and company standards
- Monitor reports and orders to guarantee accurate and timely physician payments
- Ensure reports and orders are correctly allocated to the appropriate budget and receive necessary approvals
