g., Sage 50, QuickBooks Desktop and Online, or similar cloud-based systems)- Familiarity with online banking and payroll platforms is an asset- Knowledge of sales taxes and payroll / deductions at sourceLanguage Requirements : English - Level of Proficiency Required : Advanced - Reasons for Language Requirement : Support operations and clients - Frequency of Use : Daily (for various tasks)Key Responsibilities : - Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for various clients and respond to client inquiries.
- Accurately prepare and submit GST / HST / QST / DAS reports on time.- Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial statements.
- Support the preparation of annual tax slips (T4, T5, etc.).- Provide back-office support for clients' accounting systems.
