- Applicants must : possess a British Columbia Professional Teaching Certificate; have recent successful experience; be willing to work in a collaborative / team environment to implement BC's Education Plan and the Redesigned Curriculum;
- be prepared to work positively towards the fulfillment of the School and District goals; have experience in differentiating and providing inclusive learning opportunities that reflect the unique needs and interests of all students;

Compensation As of July 1, 2024, TTOCs are paid a daily rate ranging from $315.93 to $469.99 as per the collective agreement.
Salary is based on TQS and prior experience. Under the terms of the Teacher's Collective Agreement, Teachers Teaching On Call are eligible to participate in an Extended Health Benefits plan and dental plan.
