- 2+ years of management consulting experience at a reputable company, with direct client experience.
- Must have a degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
- Understanding of design thinking approaches with user-centricity in mind.
- A rich understanding of service design to bring experiences, processes, and technology together.
- Strong analytical and research skills to derive insights that inform strategies.
- Demonstrable skills in analyzing and understanding a variety of problems experienced by medium to large-scale organizations from strategy to implementation.
- The ability to evolve, conceptualize, and communicate new ideas using strong storytelling techniques, and create compelling content for playback.
- A track record of supporting project work and deliverables through coordination, focus on outcomes, clear communication, and empathy for people from different backgrounds.
- A knack for explaining complex technologies, frameworks, and concepts in non-technical language.
- Insatiable curiosity for digital transformation at the leading edge and the potential it has.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft enterprise products and platforms is a bonus.
