Job Description :

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist passionate about IT, responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and cold calling.

This role requires a person with excellent communication skills, perseverance, and a strategic vision to build relationships with potential clients and expand the company's client base.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Make professional outreach through cold calling, emails, and social media to present the company’s services.
  • Plan and organize meetings with potential clients to discuss customized solutions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and track progress using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and prospecting strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on prospecting activities and progress towards business objectives.
  • Foster positive client relationships to encourage long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, with a track record of success in creating qualified leads.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT consulting sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in reaching out to potential clients.
  • Ability to work independently, manage rejection, and stay motivated.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
  • In-person work one day per week.
  • University degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
