- Design, install and maintain IT / OT infrastructures (networks, servers, virtualization, wireless).
- Identify client needs for new business opportunities or ongoing projects.
- Establish project scopes and draft proposals.
- Serve as a technical reference on the team.
- Prepare blog articles, technical papers or other documents to promote the firm.
- Provide leadership when preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Prepare technical reports and recommendations.
- Serve as an ambassador for the team to other departments.
- Lead and coordinate technical teams to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients while meeting their high expectations.
- Use your professional network to generate business opportunities.
- Promote BBA services to potential clients.
- Based on your interests, you may be called upon to take on the following roles : technical expert, project leader or project manager and / or client account manager

Overview of certifications and job requirements
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma (DCS) in one of the following fields : electrical engineering, computer engineering or information technology, automated production engineering, telecommunications or network administration or any other training that's relevant to the position
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Bilingual (English and French)
Asset :
- Experience with information and communication technologies (ICT)
- Experience with operational technologies (OT)
- Cybersecurity experience
- Knowledge of IEC 62443, ISO 27000 and NERC CIP standards
- Project management experience
- Consulting experience
