Snag this opportunity as an Operations and Member Support Coordinator (Hybrid) with our Evo Car Share Team.

As an Operations and Member Support Coordinator, you’ll help keep our call centre running smoothly by performing essential administrative dutiesandsupportingEvo members via phone and live chat.

You’ll act as an Evo ambassador and showcase your commitment to supporting BC’s most valued car sharing service. Note : This is a hybrid, shift-work role that supports work-life balance.

What you bring

One-year post-secondary Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field (eg. Business Administration) and / or one year of experience in a related industry or at least two years related experience in operations.

At least two years’ experience with administrative or reception and / or customer service or call centre, or a combination of education and experience.

Solid working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Showcase your sharp technical skills with willingness to learn new platforms (i.

e. Amazon Workspace, Evo Care Sharing Software).

Bonus skills :

One year experience as a Member Service Agent or similar position.

Basic knowledge of PowerBI, Verint, Service Now, Amazon Connect & Workplace, Google Maps, and EVO Car Sharing Software.

Rapid-fire typing skills (40 wpm).

Once here, you will :

Create an engaging and positive team environment.

Coordinate various administrative tasks based on the department’s evolving business needs. Activities include pre-authorizing charges, supporting members and vendors, preparing reports, and investigating parking tickets, tows, tolls and mileage overages.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to EVO members through various platforms (live chat, phone, and / or email).

Provide administrative support to procure capital items.

Actively participate in job specific training to reach your full potential.

The salary range for this position is $43,870.80 ($24.10 / hr) to $54,838.44 ($30.13 / hr), plus a performance bonus target of 5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 9%.
