This is a fully remote position for those seeking flexibility. Our client is an established company based in Vancouver with operations across North America.
They are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and charismatic FP&A Manager to join their team and work closely with one of their key accounts.

In this role, you will act as the Finance Business Partner for a key account, collaborating closely with the client’s finance team on the financial management of a $500M project.
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will lead the monthly review of accounting and financial analysis, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting under US GAAP and IFRS.
A critical part of this role involves developing and maintaining complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
This position offers the chance to work remotely, providing flexibility while contributing to a high-impact project with a major client.

Job Requirements :
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, along with a Canadian CPA.
- A minimum of 7-10+ years of post-designation financial reporting and FP&A experience.
- Experience in budgeting, monthly forecasting, preparing KPI and business analytics dashboards, and complex financial modeling.
- Must have experience in the construction industry.
- Proficient with a variety of technologies and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience working as a business partner.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proactive attitude, always seeking ways to improve processes and create efficiencies.
- Organized, intelligent, and a strong team player.
