Responsibilities :
- Handling all Human Resources functions for over 80 employees
- Monitor, facilitate and complete all full cycle recruitment needs for the company
- Review and approve payroll as well as maintain benefit packages for the employee group
- Handle WSIB claims from initial steps until case completion
- Direct and represent management in various company Health & Safety programs
- Liaise between employees and employers to help resolve internal conflicts
- Give direction and guidance to management with respect to performance evaluations, succession plans, employee relations, disciplinary procedures and terminations
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an HR Manager role
- Experience in the manufacturing industry required
- CHRP / CHRL designation or in process, preferred
- Self motivated
- A champion in being the intermediary between employee and employer relations
