Location : Downtown Vancouver, BC
Our client, a premier property owner and developer in Downtown Vancouver, is seeking a skilled Plumber to join their in-house maintenance team.
This role is ideal for independent and self-motivated professionals.
Responsibilities :
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on plumbing systems in various settings.
- Respond to emergencies and adhere to safety standards and building codes.
- Collaborate on large projects and maintain accurate records of work and inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with property occupants.
- Inspect properties for preventive maintenance and manage tools and equipment.
- Stay updated on plumbing technologies and practices.
Requirements :
- Experience in plumbing maintenance and repair.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Red Seal Plumber certification an asset
- Physical fitness to handle demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment.
