Heavy General Labor

Randstad is actively seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals for immediate general labor, forklift operator, and CNC operator positions at a busy manufacturing facility in Calgary.

The facility is located outside of public transit routes, so reliable personal transportation is a must.

Position : General Laborer / Forklift Operator / CNC Operator

Shift : Various shifts available : 6 am-4 : 30 pm, 3 : 30 am-4 pm, 3 : 30 pm-4 am (Monday-Friday)

Salary : $23 / hour + potential for overtime

Location : Calgary (requires personal vehicle)

Responsibilities

This physically demanding role involves repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs), stacking, and moving products throughout the facility.

You will utilize material handling equipment (forklifts), potentially operate CNC machinery (depending on specific role), and perform various general labor tasks as needed.

The work environment is fast-paced and requires clear communication, punctuality, and a strong team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

Candidates must be physically capable of repetitive lifting (50 lbs) and possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Reliable transportation is mandatory, as the facility is not transit-accessible.

Prior manufacturing experience (or construction background) is considered an asset.

Steel-toed boots are required (other PPE provided).
