We are looking for entrepreneurial MBA Interns to join our monetization strategy team. You will have a ground floor opportunity to shape monetization efforts in North America.

This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May / June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below : Monday, May 12Monday, May 19Tuesday May 27 (Memorial Day May 26)Monday, June 9Monday, June 23 We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates.

Responsibilities - Support the monetization team by assisting with strategy development for various advertiser segments.
- Collaborate with leadership on high-impact projects.- Assist with performance analysis, reporting, and driving business review cadences.
- Help set and manage performance goals for the monetization team.- Assist in measuring and tracking business financial performance to ensure the financial health of business operations.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of monetization processes and policies as the team scales.- Support the development and planning of monetization strategies through analysis and research, translating insights into growth initiatives.
- Assist in managing key initiatives on a project basis and collaborate closely with multiple teams in the US and other international markets.
Minimum Qualifications- Interest in sales strategy, growth strategy, sales finance, sales operations, business operations, product strategy, consulting, investment banking, or related analytical fields.
Basic data analytics skills.- Good written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in high-growth tech start-ups and advertising.- Strong data analytics skills; familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Excellent project management skills and a team-player mentality, with the ability to manage expectations across time zones and cultures.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in ambiguous and multiple environments; adaptable to change with a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
