Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Analyst to manage and maintain accurate client data within our systems.

This role involves ensuring data integrity, supporting reporting needs, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to meet organizational goals.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Enter and update client data accurately in company systems, ensuring completeness and reliability
  • Review data entries to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data integrity
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary data and information
  • Assist in compiling and organizing data from various sources
  • Support the creation of basic reports and data summaries
  • Monitor data trends and flag any anomalies for further review
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards
  • Provide support to the team with data-related tasks as needed
  • Maintain and update data logs and documentation regularly
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests related to data submissions
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 0-1 years analyst experience; experience working with, manipulating, and managing data
  • Post-secondary education in business, accounting or math is preferred
  • Experience working with municipalities an asset and ability to read
  • Analytical skills backed by high proficiency dealing with data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience working with large data sets
  • Strong interpersonal skills
