What You’ll Do :
- Manage Key Accounts : Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Develop Long-Term Relationships : Understand customer needs and business objectives.
- Drive Revenue Growth : Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure Client Satisfaction : Monitor performance and proactively address concerns.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams : Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Prepare Reports : Track KPIs and provide clients with regular updates.
What We’re Looking For :
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
