Job Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Marketing and Inbound Sales, as the Marketing and Inbound Sales Coordinator you are responsible for sorting and qualifying sales leads, assisting in StreetSide Developments marketing duties as well as scheduling appointments for qualified leads.
You also act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring delivery and excellent customer service.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :
- Responding to inquiries from prospects and providing prompt follow-ups.
- Identifying sales opportunities, qualifying leads from database.
- Sourcing leads, managing client relations, resolving customer issues.
- Assisting in developing marketing strategies and maintaining brand consistency.
- Providing marketing materials and information on housing options.
- Managing digital marketing, content schedules and email campaigns.
- Conducting website / software audits and updates.
- Ensuring site appearance meets standards.
- Creating and posting development videos on social media (e.g. community videos / photos for social platforms).
- Engaging with buyers, sourcing reviews and new homeowner photos.
- Using email campaigns for buyer conversion.
- Tracking lead activity, sales conversions, third-party websites and competitor activity.
- Assisting in executing marketing strategies in-house or at sites
- Providing support to assigned projects or duties.

Essential Requirements
- Marketing Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle to conduct site visits.
- Social media platform experience including but not limited to Facebook / Instagram and TikTok.
- Virtual sales skills including using video conferencing platforms, and speaking clearly and effectively on camera.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using a gimble and video recording equipment an asset.
- Experience managing a CRM database (Hubspot) is an asset.

Work Conditions
You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours with travel to site locations required. Overtime may occasionally be required.
