Job Description
We’re looking for an Employee Experience Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our physical office and support our remote teams.
In this role, you’ll manage office logistics, coordinate company events, and enhance employee onboarding to create an exceptional work environment.
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and serve as a crucial resource for both onsite and remote employees, ensuring a cohesive experience for all.
This role requires being physically present in the office from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, responsibilities may be performed remotely or as agreed upon based on business needs.
Job Requirements
- You have proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
- You possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask with attention to detail.
- You excel in both written and verbal communication and can build strong relationships across teams.
- You’re proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other office management tools, as well as virtual meeting platforms like Zoom and Slack.
- You’re experienced in planning physical and virtual events, and you handle sensitive information with discretion.
What You'll Do
- You’ll manage the daily operations of our office space, ensuring it is safe, functional, and welcoming, and you’ll oversee vendor contracts and budgeting.
- You’ll organize and coordinate virtual and in-person company events, including team-building activities and company-wide meetings, while handling logistics such as catering and travel.
- You’ll support new hire onboarding by ensuring they have the necessary resources and equipment and will foster employee engagement through ongoing initiatives.
- You’ll provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, booking travel, and scheduling meetings.
- You’ll ensure seamless collaboration between our physical and remote teams, acting as a point of contact for office-related needs and cross-functional projects.
