Employee Benefits Analyst
In this role you will be responsible foranalyzing the sustainability and profitability of group insurance solutions provided to our clients.
This is a full time, hybrid work arrangement position.
Here is what a typical day looks like
- Prepare proposals for our internal Employee Benefits sales team to support new business objectives
- Conduct comparisons and evaluate risk to determine pricing for various proposals
- Support the Employee Benefits Service team in consideration of plan design changes for existing clients
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in application of analysis practices
- Continuously apply knowledge of new / emerging analysis technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives
The value you bring
- Degree / Diploma in Business, or equivalent working experience
- 1 year of experience in an Analyst or Underwriter position an asset
- MS Office Proficiency; with an emphasis on Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing
Hours : Full time, 37.5hrs / week
Location : Hybrid in Winnipeg
Salary Range : $45,000 - $67,000
