Employee Benefits Analyst

In this role you will be responsible foranalyzing the sustainability and profitability of group insurance solutions provided to our clients.

This is a full time, hybrid work arrangement position.

Here is what a typical day looks like

  • Prepare proposals for our internal Employee Benefits sales team to support new business objectives
  • Conduct comparisons and evaluate risk to determine pricing for various proposals
  • Support the Employee Benefits Service team in consideration of plan design changes for existing clients
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in application of analysis practices
  • Continuously apply knowledge of new / emerging analysis technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives

The value you bring

  • Degree / Diploma in Business, or equivalent working experience
  • 1 year of experience in an Analyst or Underwriter position an asset
  • MS Office Proficiency; with an emphasis on Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing

Hours : Full time, 37.5hrs / week

Location : Hybrid in Winnipeg

Salary Range : $45,000 - $67,000
