Job Description
SALON MANAGER
We're seeking a dynamic Salon Manager to lead our team at Yourspacesalons, a premium destination for beauty and style. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the beauty industry, including hands-on experience as a stylist and at least 2 years in a managerial role, demonstrating a successful track record of salon leadership.
As the Salon Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our salon's success, embodying leadership and passion for the beauty industry.
Your role will extend beyond basic managerial tasks, encompassing a broad spectrum of responsibilities that ensure operational excellence and an unmatched client experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Management : Ensure the smooth running of the salon, from opening to closing. Maintain impeccable salon standards and manage all aspects of the salon's operations.
Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of stylists and estheticians. Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear objectives to drive staff development.
Customer Service Excellence : Be the face of the salon, handling client relations with grace and ensuring every client leaves satisfied.
Address and resolve any client issues promptly and professionally.
Financial Oversight : Manage the salon's budget, control expenses, and implement strategies to increase profitability. Oversee transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Inventory Management : Keep track of inventory levels, order supplies, and negotiate with vendors to ensure the salon is always stocked with high-quality products.
Marketing and Promotion : Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Leverage social media and local events to enhance the salon's presence and reputation.
Compliance and Safety : Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and safe environment for both staff and clients.
