Adecco Professional is recruiting for an Administrative Supervisor job opening in Toronto, ON for one of our clients located mid-town Toronto.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of direct experience in an Administrative Supervisor, Administrative Manager or a related role (perhaps Office Manager, Operations Supervisor / Manager etc).
This is suited for an experienced, mature professional who is happy to wear many hats and supervise / lead an established team while also supporting interns.
This is a full-time, temporary position that is starting immediately and likely for 4-5 months potential for more. This is a senior level opportunity that requires related experience so please read on for more details.

Act as the main contact for all administrative, office services and related functions
Supervise a team of administrative professionals and ensure support, guidance and mentorship to continue the smooth running of the business
Supporting and guiding the intern staff on various database, administrative and clerical projects
Provide administrative support to the Board when required; planning / scheduling meetings, ensure all parties are kept up to date and smoothly running, meeting minutes and follow up where required
Ad hoc support to the President with items such as calendaring, travel arrangements, reports etc.
Coordination of catering alongside related meeting preparations when needed
Ensure all supplies are ordered, organized and in inventory while keeping cost control in mind.
Keeping up with important items of compliance, regulations or related governance
Expense tracking and reporting ensuring all guidelines are followed.
Act as the Health and Safety member and be the contact person for facilities related issues / concerns.
General administration, clerical and project related tasks as needed.
