Our client is a service-oriented company specializing in industrial millwrighting solutions for their clients' plants. Our client operates in and around the Greater Toronto Area, providing essential maintenance and repair services to keep production lines running smoothly.
They value professionalism, reliability, and expertise in their employees. They are looking to hire an Industrial Millwright red seal.
Location : & Dixie Rd Mississauga
Shift : Typically, 7 : am 3 : pm, Monday to Friday
Salary : - per hour, Based on Experience (BOE)
As an Industrial Millwright with our client, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing machinery within clients' manufacturing plants.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in English, demonstrate proficiency in rigging, and exhibit leadership qualities.
Experience in working for a service-oriented organization and familiarity with packaging plants are considered valuable assets.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery within client facilities.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Utilize rigging skills when necessary to move or install machinery.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members when required.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
Requirements :
- Valid A Red Seal Millwright certification.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in rigging techniques is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Previous experience working for a service-oriented company is an asset.
- Familiarity with packaging plants is advantageous.
- Ability to work full-time, with flexibility for overtime as needed.
- Must reside in or be willing to commute to the Greater Toronto Area.
- The candidate must have a reliable vehicle and their own basic millwrighting tools.
