Tasks

  • Youwill identify as well as continuously supervise and develop anetwork of regional sales partners and distributors in Canada (withfocus on western territiries).
  • You willaccompany the onboarding of new partners and build a successfulrelationship.
  • You will organize and supervisethe online training for our sales partners and implement theHornetsecurity partner program.
  • You willconclude partner business plans and always keep an eye on thesuccessful development of your sales partners anddistributions.
  • You will be expected toparticipate in fairs and partner events and present oursolutions.
  • You will create relevant forecastsand define concrete measures to ensure that the targets inWashington are achieved.
  • Internally you willwork with teams such as Sales or Marketing. Externally you willrepresent the company as a personal contactperson.

Requirements

  • Youhave a solid IT knowledge through your education your academicstudies or a comparable qualification ideally in the area of ITsecurity or cloud services.
  • You have at leastfive years of professional experience in the field of IT and astrong understanding of complex IT solutions and businessprocesses.
  • You have relevant experience indealing with sales partners and distributors in Canada and havebeen able to successfully develop partners strategically andeconomically.
  • You have a talent forcommunication and are competent and confident in dealing withpartners and customers.
  • You offer a highwillingness to travel and enjoy convincing customers and partnersof Hornetsecurity Services in presentations andnegotiations.
  • You will convince customers withyour winning personality and enjoy working in an internationalteam.
  • You motivate yourself with your ownsuccesses and pursue your quarterly goals withpassion.
  • You are an organizational talent andknow how to set priorities in favor of the HornetsecurityGroup.
