Responsibility
- Provide assistance for inventory systems and related applications, focusing on Oracle Retail (ORMS / SIM). Help identify and address system gaps.
- Quickly identify operational issues and work to resolve them, ensuring smooth functioning of the systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving critical data issues impacting financial transactions and stock ledgers in the RMS system.
- Work with business stakeholders, engineers, and program managers to understand and improve inventory processes.
- Take responsibility for specific issues within assigned applications and technologies, ensuring accountability and thorough follow-through.
Requirements :
- 4+ years as a retail system analyst, specifically with Oracle retail applications (ORMS / SIM).
- 2+ years of experience in data extraction and manipulation using Oracle DB and PostgreSQL. Familiarity with JSON and Kafka is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills for managing multiple tasks and overcoming challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
