You have a knack for engaging with people, a keen eye for detail, and a drive to see projects through from concept to execution.

As a Field Marketing Assistant with us, you will be at the forefront of our marketing initiatives, bringing our campaigns to life and strengthening our clients’ brand presence.

Your responsibilities will include : Planning, coordinating, and executing face-to-face marketing campaigns designed to engage local consumers effectively.

Interacting directly with clientele to promote products or services, provide educational insights, and address any questions or concerns.

Leading and motivating a team of marketing associates to exceed campaign goals and client expectations. Conducting local market research and gathering consumer insights to tailor marketing strategies and improve campaign success.

Tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to enhance future initiatives.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure that marketing strategies align with their goals and deliver satisfaction.

Please note that to take on full leadership of campaign execution and manage a team of associates, you will work closely with the Managers during your first 6-8 weeks.

This period will involve comprehensive preparation and a qualification assessment to ensure you set a strong example for the team.

Successful candidate will have : A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with clients and customers.

Exceptional organizational abilities and an eye for detail in campaign planning and execution. Adaptability and a proactive approach to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
