Delivery Manager
Location Address : 44 king st W 8th Floor - hybrid 2 times onsite / week

Project : This role is required to support delivery of multiple initiatives planned under Application and Cloud Security portfolio for FY25

Responsibilities :
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure that assigned projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards defined under Bank’s delivery framework
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Liaise with project managers and project stakeholders on an ongoing basis to identify and manage project dependencies and critical path items
- Assist the leadership in centralized program-level reporting to ensure risks, decisions and mitigation plans for initiatives are properly communicated
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the projects across the portfolio
Must Have Skills :
- 10+ years of overall experience
- 5+ year Proven experience in project management & Stakeholder management
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools (JIRA, MS project), methodologies, and best practices.
- Creating & presenting executive status reports for Program / Portfolio
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Nice-To-Have Skills :
- Information Security background including an understanding of the basic security best practices, standards and methodologies is an asset.
- PMP & CSM certification is preferred
- Knowledge of PowerBI for reporting is asset
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
