Print Production Associate
Our client, a prominent player in the printing industry, is seeking a proactive individual for a hands-on mandate within a major insurance client's site.
This role offers an opportunity to leverage print and bindery expertise in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
With access to industry-leading equipment and a cross-functional team, you’ll work directly with the client in a casual, flexible setting that values teamwork and skill development.

Responsibilities :
- Handle print and bindery operations, operating digital production printers, hydraulic cutters, perfect binding machines, coil binding, folding, and kitting equipment.
- Provide outstanding customer service and communication.
- Support various administrative tasks and client deliverables.
- Ensure consistent support and backfill coverage across tasks and assist in training new team members.
- Communicate process improvements to site leaders and managers.
- Adapt to client environments efficiently, working both independently and in team settings with minimal supervision.
What you will need to succeed :
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in services delivery roles.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to complete various tasks throughout the print center.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Computer skills, including basic knowledge of file conversion or graphic arts applications (Adobe Acrobat a plus).
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
