Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Administrative Assistant for a contract of 4 to 6 weeks with possibility to extend.
The office is located in Downtown Toronto.
The Admin plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to one or more Managers and their direct reports.
This position encompasses a variety of tasks including financial and human resources administration, event planning, and professional support services
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of department events.
- Provide senior-level administrative and operational support within a large, diverse team, including senior executives.
- Utilize systems and tools to manage information effectively, including customized exception reports and tracking reports.
- Integrate information from multiple sources to facilitate efficient processes, analysis, and reporting.
- Contribute input to the planning and implementation of administrative programs.
- Cultivate effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Gather, format, and present data in regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate and monitor budgets, reporting on results versus budgetary targets.
Must Have Skills :
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in administrative / professional support roles, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study.
- Specialized knowledge acquired through education and / or business experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
