SUMMARY
The online project supervisor works in close collaboration with the project managers in order to ensure a project's successful execution.
They draw samples, send e-mails, monitor quotas and timelines, ensure that invitation standards (spam, list quality, etc.) are respected.
This role requires customer service expertise and strong interpersonal skills, as well as technical knowledge in relevant fields.
Quality, respecting timelines and customer service are the 3 elements that determine an online project supervisor's actions and success.
This person is the resource person out of regular business hours that ensures successful project execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring Web project sample management, when drawing samples and sending e-mails, in compliance with Leger's quality standards
- Providing project managers with daily project follow-ups : number of completes (progress according to timelines), quotas (sound management of quotas from a supervisory perspective, quota monitoring, demographic data, funnel effect), duration of screening questions, incidence (impact of quotas on incidence as study progresses), response rate, number of subscriber drop-offs (to be sent to the LEO team), sample status (bounce messages, refusals), quality of external lists, timelines, comments received from panelists
- Ensuring that quotas are respected, while drawing enough sample and administering it according to Leger's standards
- Ensuring an effective and quick follow-up on any problems, difficulties or requests from LEO members
- Generating specific samples while following the recommendations of the project managers and the statistics department
- Communicating with sample providers (if subcontracting).
- Sending out e-mails for Web projects
- Identifying Survey Takers (problematic respondents) and incoherent open-ended responses by monitoring the entire survey response file
- Test links and questionnaires before project launch.
REQUIREMENTS
- College diploma in a related field
- At least six (6) months of experience in the market research industry in the field of opinion polls
- Developed technical skills
- A good command of internal IT tools such as Centralus, Sendit, iCost is an asset
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
