Contract Duration : 6+ Months
Pay range : C$40 - 52 / hr
Location : Toronto, ON
Work Type : Hybrid, Tuesday and Wednesday.

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Analysis : Analyze business requirements, identify process improvements, and develop detailed functional specifications.
- Project Management : Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and senior management.
- Data Analysis : Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Solution Design : Design and implement effective solutions to address business challenges.
Required Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Experience : 2-4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Domain Knowledge : Understanding of asset and liability management, treasury operations, and banking products.
- Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Certifications : CFA, MBA, or FRM.
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of capital markets
