Company : Powerhouse VFX Position : VFX Producer Location : Canada (Remote) *Pay Range : $63,003 - $140,000 CAD annually POSITION SUMMARY : The VFX Producer is the point of contact for clients and will work closely with PowerHouse VFX department heads to ensure that each project runs smoothly.
The VFX Producer manages projects from the initial award and pre-production phase through VFX execution, conform, color, and delivery.
The VFX Producer also focuses on building solid relationships by managing client expectations and meeting creative / technical standards.
MAIN DUTIES : The VFX Producer will m anage multiple VFX projects simultaneously. They will produce projects within approved budget and deadline.
They will work closely with Directors, CG Supervisors, VFX Supervisors to accurately assess direction, budget, and scheduling.
Other duties include : Lead and motivate VFX teams through each stage of project. Maintain constant contact with clients.
Maintain production schedule, staffing needs, and resource allocation. Maintains communication with department heads, artists, management, and staff Employ appropriate creative and technical judgment to resolve any project issues.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients. WHAT YOU BRING : The ideal candidate will bring p revious VFX / Post-Production experience.
They will bring s uperior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. They will have proven planning and problem-solving skills and s trong adaptability and flexibility skills.
