Position : Administrative Reception Assistant, Temporary Assignment with Possibility of Permanency

Location : Boucherville (On-site)

Salary : $23 to $28 per hour, depending on experience and education ($50,000 to $55,000 annually)

Job Type : Temporary for approximately two months, with a strong possibility of extension and permanency

Schedule : 37.5 hours per week, from 8 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm (30-minute lunch break) or from 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm (one-hour lunch break)

In this role, you will be at the front desk and perform administrative work to support Human Resources and other members of management.

Responsibilities :

  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist the HR Director with various administrative tasks
  • Support members of the management team
  • Write and format documents
  • Perform translation
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • Order office supplies
  • Coordinate and organize meetings
  • Arrange travel, book flights and hotels
  • Perform any other tasks to support various managers

Requirements :

  • At least 4 years of experience in office work, administrative support, as an administrative assistant
  • Relevant education for the position, in administration or secretarial studies
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Spoken and written bilingualism to respond to clients or colleagues outside of Quebec
