- Assist Manager, Vendor Relations and Administration with all paperwork regarding bankruptcies, receiverships, proposals and CCAA’s
- Liaise with Collection Agencies, Customers, Trustees, Receivers, Solicitors, Executors, and all other sources to resolve files
- Assist in handling the finalization of all business failures, deaths including preparation of bad debt write-off requests, and recovery of payment of post trips and charges
- Produce and maintain various collection activity reports
- Miscellaneous duties, as assigned
Qualifications :
- Business or vocational knowledge learned through Community College 1 Year Program
- Understanding of the Collection Act and the Bankruptcy Insolvency Act
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Windows, Adobe Products PeopleSoft, Billview, I-view, Maestro, DRN Commerce & CBCL Links.
Solid customer service, organization and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Excellent research, analytical and time management skills
- Detail and process oriented with commitment to accuracy

Proof of Enrollment : We’ll need you to provide proof of enrollment in your full-time post-secondary studies. Availability : You must be available Monday through Friday during business hours from May to August .
