Kelly's Customer, a global leader, located downtown Toronto, ON, is looking for a Manager, Financial and Corporate Accounting for a 12 - 18 month hybrid position.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist with the quarterly and year-end financial statements, including note preparation and reconciliations of other externally reported financial information
  • Assist with month-end close activities
  • Assist with the quarterly reviews and year-end audit performed by the external audit team
  • Assist with technical research and development of company-wide accounting policies
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Completion of a degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce or related field. MBA preferred.
  • CPA required.
  • Minimum seven (7) years’ progressive accounting experience, including public accounting experience and prior management experience.
  • Experience with financial instruments and related transactions (IFRS 16, IFRS 2, derivatives etc.)
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with all levels of the organization
  • ERP system (SAP S4 / HANA, Blackline), consolidation system (OneStream) and financial reporting software (Workiva) experience

  • Hybrid role - 3 days in office, 2 days remote, Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm
  • $52.00 per hour plus 4% vacation pay paid weekly
