We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaning Technician to join our team The Cleaning Technician would be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace for our employees and clients.
Essential Job Functions for Cleaning Technicians· Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
- Clean and maintain the kitchen area, including countertops, appliances, and floors.
- Clean office spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Empty and remove trash from all areas of the office.
- Replenish supplies in bathrooms and kitchen as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies. · Follows established safety practices including the proper use of PPE when required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : · Previous experience in office cleaning or a similar role is an asset.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.· Ability to develop, learn, and properly apply work procedures. · Ability to read and interpret written and / or oral instructions.
- Ability to safely move and relocate heavy objects. · Ability to work cooperatively with employees. · Ability to recognize and report hazards and apply safe work methods.
