Business Analyst
On behalf of our client, Procom is currently seeking an intermediate Business Analyst for a six (6) month engagement based in Burnaby, British Columbia.

Business Analyst Job Details
- Working on a large and complex portfolio that impacts stakeholder groups across different organizations.
- Work collaboratively with Business Analysts and Business Subject Matter Experts (SME's) by participating in process reviews and / or providing process modeling services of current state and / or future state.
- Create compelling visual and presentation materials to support communications across diverse stakeholder partners.
- Advanced and broad knowledge of business issues, processes, and strategic planning, as well as IT resources and enabling technologies.
- May support projects in maintaining project schedule, budget, work plan, KPIs, and other metrics.
- Review and present research and policy analysis regarding health information privacy, data sharing, and consent.
- Support meeting preparation, facilitation, and documentation across various health partner organizations.
Business Analyst Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Intermediate BA in Canada..
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including facilitating discovery sessions, workshops, developing agendas, requirements elicitation, and facilitating collaboration across a variety of stakeholder groups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management and documentation skills including meeting minutes and action items.
- Experience with Sharepoint, JIRA and Confluence
Business Analyst Nice-To-Have Skills
Experience working with the Health Authorities in BC
Business Analyst Assignment Length
Six (6) month contract with the potential for three (3) extensions of six (6) months each.

Business Analyst Assignment Location
Main office located in Burnaby, British Columbia. Consultants may work remotely within Canada so long as they are committed to supporting PST working hours.
