What You’ll Do
Contribute to the business development and financial success of Sales through the development of customized client-facing material.
Work with Sales, the Proposal Writing team and partner on ad-hoc requests (e.g., process development and execution, executive support, etc.).
Collaborate with the Merchant Services Product and Sales Enablement teams on the merchant services sales journey to ensure success of new sales processes and product capabilities are understood and are utilized across key segments and within the distribution network.
Ensure adherence to the merchant sales governance framework in collaboration with the stakeholders and segment partners.
Analyze and evaluate the sales process, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and propose and implement solutions to streamline and improve overall sales operations.
Support the maintenance of sales process documentation, including sales playbooks, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
Ensure the sales team is well-informed and adhering to established processes.
Support the fostering of an environment in which the internal stakeholders and external partners pursue effective and efficient operations, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations of operational risk, sales conduct, regulatory and compliance risk.
What You'll Bring :
Degree / post graduate degree, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales operations, enablement, project / portfolio management or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and sales teams
Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate results, challenges, recommendations and solutions to various people at different levels across the organization
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Global Banking Markets, products, and sales culture
Good understanding of the Small Business, Commercial and Corporate Bank’s objectives, strategies, and structure is also required
Familiarity with sales methodologies, processes, and best practices
3+ years’ experience with stakeholder and vendor management and relevant experience in the merchant services and / or payment industry
Work Arrangement : Work in a standard office-based environment (in-person); non-standard hours are a common occurrence. Moderate travel domestically.
