Now Hiring - Customer Service Call Centre Health Care Support

We are AllianceOne, a division of the largest BPO expert team in the market with a wide range of contact center solutions, technology, and the highest security standards.

We are currently hiring call center / customer care agents to connect with people to solve account issues, working to provide a solution that will work for both the consumer and the organizations we serve.

We value our call center professionals by providing a competitive base hourly rate and excellent commission structure along with paid training provided to set you up for success!

PAY : $17.20 / hour

Agents are eligible to earn up to $355 per month in incentive on top of base pay.

HOURS : 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, Must be available for any shift between 8 : 00am 7 : 30pm) No weekends!

Opportunity to earn extra money by working Canadian holidays!

LOCATION : We are conveniently located at Yonge & Eglinton!

Qualifications

  • Prior customer service experience (call center experience is a plus)
  • Professional verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding attendance & work ethic
  • Strong ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Problem solving and critical thinking
  • Must be proficient in time management
  • Negotiation skills
  • Goal oriented
  • Good typing / keyboarding skills
  • Ability and openness to work professionally with a diverse customer base
  • Works well in team setting
  • A criminal background check is required
